Send an email to europe@expandasign.net requesting the product/s, size/s and quantities you are interested in.
You will receive a Quote including EU local freight to your doorstep.
You return a signed and accepted quote.
We will send you Artwork template/s in a PDF / AI format. (We can assist you setting up the artwork should you not have a designer).
You return the completed Artwork templates to us.
You will receive final artwork proofs that you need to approve.
An invoice will be submitted including freight. The invoice you receive will have an EU VAT number (We are a European supplier).
We will dispatch your order when payment has been received.
We will have a consolidated shipment to Amsterdam.
DSV will send and facilitate the logistics.
You will receive a dispatch date of when your order leaves our Durban factory.
When the shipment arrives in Amsterdam, it is cleared and broken up by DSV who hand it over to the cheapest/fastest logistics supplier as quoted on your invoice (UPS, TNT or DHL)
You will receive your ordered products 5-6 working days later.
